The specifications aim at strictly defining the duties and responsibilities of the contractor in order to protect the rights of the Securitas Risk Management and Consultancy customer.

The specifications define the minimum technical qualifications, standards and certifications for each piece of equipment to be used in the system.

The technical specifications also define the relationship and interaction of the sub-systems within the security system with each other, and between the security system (e.g. Fire Detection System) and other building systems.
